GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
\n<\/strong>Version 2.1 dated 17\/11\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE AND SCOPE<\/strong><\/p>\n

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply automatically, without restriction, to any purchase of accommodation services (rental of campsite pitches; rental of accommodation), restaurant services, or any other services offered by the campsite \u201cLe Domaine du Trappeur\u201d, hereinafter referred to as the CAMPSITE, to consumers and non-professional clients, hereinafter referred to as the CLIENT.
\nThe main characteristics of the services are presented on the CAMPSITE\u2019s website www.domainedutrappeur.com<\/a>. The CLIENT must read these before placing any order. The choice or purchase of a service is the sole responsibility of the CLIENT.
\nValidation of the order by the CLIENT constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These conditions may be amended in the future; the version applicable to the CLIENT\u2019s purchase is the version in force on the date the contract is concluded.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 2: RESERVATION CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations are strictly personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or sublet under penalty of nullity.
\nMinors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
\nThe CAMPSITE reserves the right to refuse a CLIENT who has previously caused damage, violated safety rules and\/or the internal regulations, or disturbed the peaceful enjoyment of other guests. If refusal occurs during the stay and before the planned departure date, the CLIENT is not entitled to any refund.
\nA reservation is considered final only after payment of a deposit or the full amount of the stay.
\nThe remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before arrival. Only the tourist tax is payable on-site upon the CLIENT\u2019s arrival.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3: MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

No reduction or refund will be granted in the event of absence, late arrival, early departure, or if one or more nights of the stay are not spent at the CAMPSITE.
\nIf the CLIENT fails to arrive within 24 hours after the scheduled beginning of the stay, and without notification or justification, the CAMPSITE may reallocate the pitch or rental accommodation.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4: CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

All cancellations must be notified by email. The date of receipt of the email shall be considered the cancellation date.
